Dr. Couts received his undergraduate in Biology from Indiana University and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree at Southern college of Optometry in Memphis, TN.  Dr. Couts joined Green Eye Center in 2014.

Dr. Couts enjoys seeing patients of all ages. He provides medical management for ocular conditions including diabetic eye exams, glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eyes, allergies, conjunctivitis, and emergency management of foreign body removal and corneal abrasions.

How do you spend your time away from the office? Dr. Couts enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, camping, boating, fishing. He also enjoys sports, live music and stand-up comedians.

Tell us about your family. Dr. Couts met his wife Anne while they were attending Indiana University. They have three children.
